Commercial transparency
Verified travel partner standards
No travel partner referrals are currently published. Explore Namibia remains an independent reference while a fail-closed verification system is kept ready for future responsible operators.
Current status
Partner referrals, enquiry forms, bookings, payments, availability promises and fulfilment promises are disabled. An empty partner registry produces no listing cards, tracking links or implied recommendations.
This page explains the standard in advance so that any future commercial relationship can be judged against a public rule rather than added informally.
Evidence required
A candidate must have a verified legal identity, named operational owner, direct service scope, destination fit, current contact route, responsible booking destination, disclosure text and review expiry. Where licensing, permits or insurance apply, evidence must be current and relevant to the service offered.
A provider's own website can evidence its own service, but it cannot replace the responsible authority for legal, permit or safety claims.
Two independent approvals
Publication requires separate editorial and commercial-compliance approvals from different recorded roles. Both approvals expire, and suspension or missing evidence removes the listing automatically on the next build.
No environment variable or page copy can override this gate. The generated site is allowed to render only destinations and outbound hosts explicitly recorded in the approved partner file.
Disclosure and ranking
Any future paid, affiliate or reciprocal relationship must be disclosed beside the referral. Commercial status cannot buy factual claims, hidden ranking priority or removal of relevant non-commercial information.
Referral clicks, if ever enabled, lead to the approved provider's own secure booking or contact destination. Explore Namibia will not claim to hold inventory or complete the transaction unless a separately governed service is built and publicly disclosed.
Potential operators
Responsible Namibia tourism operators may contact info.na to ask about the future verification process. Contact does not create a listing, endorsement or promise of publication.
Until the partner gate is explicitly enabled and approvals exist, the public site continues to show no travel partner referrals.
Questions to consider
Are any operators currently endorsed?
No. The verified partner registry is empty and partner referrals are disabled.
Can a business pay to appear immediately?
No. Evidence, destination fit, disclosure, expiry and two independent approvals are mandatory before publication can be enabled.
Will Explore Namibia take my payment?
No. Payments and booking fulfilment are disabled in the current site mode.
